not sure if and such means posting in-line images...  if so that is easy... If you already know this skip to the end.... haha   

You'll want to post your images to "the web" on some kind of hosting service.  Most are free.  I use photobucket.   Upload your image there, and they will give you a link for inserting into web-pages... usually something like:   

http://i304.photobucket.com/albums/nn192/hegira_hal/skate_louisville_kt_-11.jpg


You can copy that and paste it between two special "words" in your post on ovas, or most forums for that matter...

use:

[ IMG ] <paste your link> [ /IMG ]

Just do it without the spaces, and caps is not required.    hit REPLY to this email, and you will see how this picture was included in this post..
